Hey six mins a km is not bad at all! How far did you go? Before my injury I was running just over 5mins/km for anything over ten kms, and just under 5mins/km for everything under. Fifty minute 10km, that’s the dream..

I only run 4.3km…
But I suppose that these not so great results should be used as motivation! To be fair there are some pretty brutal hills in my local area. God I love running though. How is cycling going? 

There are programs that allow you to get your songs off you iPod - google that shit. Also, on PCs you used to be able to chose the option “show hidden files” and that would allow you to get your music files - also google that!!

Why is the song ‘Kiss Me’ by Sixpence None the Richer playing during half time of Monday Night Football? 

After 3 weeks of sickness therefore inactivity, I have hit the pavement once more and come up with a result of exactly 6 minutes/km. 

I don’t know what it was before, I never measured it. But seeing this figure makes me slightly sad. I guess I can only get better, given that I had such a long time off running.

What are everyone else’s average mins/km? 

When I had my old laptop, I had 10000 ish songs, which all went onto my ipod. 

Now I have my new laptop, and I can only find around 6000 of these songs.

My good friend, thatperfumeperson, gave me a whole heap of new music I want to put on my ipod.

BUT I CAN’T WITHOUT LOSING 4000 of my songs from my ipod because the only way I can sync it is by deleting it’s contents and making it be good friends with my new ipod library. 

This isn’t fair. It is my birthday week! 

Does anybody know how I can save my songs?!!?
